This is one of the short video essay of Toh Hai Leong, an eccentric film critic who is suffering from diabetes. This video records the day he got discharged from hospital. Recently he appeared in a documentary "F" directed by Chew Tze Chuan.

To help a cop get over his broken love affair, a waitress drugs a cop. He gets over the heartbreak and refuses to open the "Dear John" letter from his air-hostess girlfriend. The waitress actually liked the cop.....(This scene was deleted from "Chungking Express", though I think the director ahould have left it intact. It helps the story really.)
