A great weird and surreal Waffles and Don cartoon. How could anyone not love this? I love this whole cartoon, but the scene at 3:40-4:05 is one of my all time favorites. I don't know who drew it, maybe Jim Tyer, he was at Van Beuren in 1930 as far as I know.
