Gah! I don't know what the green artifacts are! I've uploaded this thing 3 times. Anyway, the fractal was made in Corel Painter X using the Growth tool. I painstakingly fiddled with attributes of Growth for each frame. I used a grid to place the root, but put it in a slightly different place each time for a hand drawn.... more
