I did this a couple of years ago, when I was supposed to be revising for exams and such. I used Windows Movie Maker, which to be honest, isnt the best way to go about an animation, but it was all I had! My favorite of all the Bugs Bunny episodes. I found a copy that whose video was not synced with the playback. I corrected that as well as adjusted the colors to make it look as good as I could.
