I made this over several weeks during "Maya I" at NYU's Center for Advanced Digital Applications. The original idea was to tell a longer story as opposed to just the initial encounter. I wanted to make something representational to a balance a lot of the stuff I do which sometimes isn't.

This documentary dives into the world of modern-day drag, featuring the insights of Shealita Baby, Isis Vermouth, Shananigans, and Lady Esther Gin. This film gives life to the modern-day drag queen by showing interviews and performances of younger drag queens who open up about their "becoming", their fears, and living in a country with an "evil dictator".
