It is about government surveillance post 911. main character, anarchist, punk loving Morla gets suspicious after seeing alarming headlines on a current newspaper. His suspicion increases when he sees similar headlines on old newspaper on microfiche machine in the library. Paranoid Moral thinks someone is following him in the library. where in reality, different group of people were under surveillance and racial profiling. cointelpro.
