I bet a lot of you were able to understand the meaning of Speed World and why in the world the police duels on a motorbike, thanks to this episode. As you can tell in part 1, Ushio can force Yusei to duel. And probably all the other Security could as well. So if you force the D-Wheeler you're trying to catch to duel you, and manage to defeat him, his D-Wheel automatically stops.
